Dr.Satyavedam Helping Hand Projec.

“Naked and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in PRISON, and ye came unto me” – Bible.

It is a unique project started in 2010, but different from other AMG projects. The supra verses from the Bible constrained AMG to come forward to show Christ's compassion and love,by extending a Helping Hand to the children and families of prisoners and comforting them in their distress. When a family member is convicted and put in the prison, the children and the spouse are ex-communicated by the society. The stigma affects all the family members and the family is pushed into poverty and starvation. The result is that the wife and the children have to go for work for their living. Education of children is discontinued. The spouse and children turn into daily wage earner. The tribulations of the family are unbearable and uncountable.

AMG is providing them school / college fees, 2 pairs of clothing, books, school / college bags, once in a year. We pay educational support every month, through online banking system. Children are continuing their study with the financial support from AMG. Our Social Worker conduct awareness programme and admit their children in job oriented courses. After summer vacations, schools / colleges re-opened in the month of June 2011. Children were promoted to next classes. On July 25th 2011, we called the families from 23 Districts of Andhra Pradesh and distributed School / College Fees, Notebooks, clothing, Monthly subsistence and Travel Amount. Children and spouses felt very happy and returned to their homes with cheerful faces. Also, they got self-confidence to continue studies and hope for a bright future in their lives.

The prisoners, spouses and their children are conveying their whole-hearted thanks to Dr.H.H. Deichmann and the kind-hearted Donors of Wort and Tat, Germany, as well as to AMG for the help. They are praying God to grant rich blessings on donors and their ministries in the years to come. May the Lord shower His choicest blessings on them forever and ever.
