Arun Kumar K. Mohanty is the youngest son of Mr.Alfred Kanti Mohanty and Mrs.Vivekavathi, a God fearing couple in Orissa. He completed his Post Graduation in Political Science and also has a Bachelors degree in Law. He stood first in the Berhampur University (Orissa) and won a gold medal for the subject in the year 1972.After working for three years in Canara Bank, he joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in the year 1976 and worked in official / managerial capacities in accounts, advances, auditing and administration.
